What's this made of?

BoneKlean’s dental treats are made from 100% natural ingredients that are carefully selected for their safety and effectiveness in promoting oral health in dogs.

How many treats daily?

You can feed your dog 1 BoneKlean dental treat per day. After giving the treat, ensure your dog has access to fresh water for better results in maintaining oral hygiene.

Shipping & Delivery...

When will I receive my order?

When you order your item, expect to receive the package within 2 - 5 working days after your order is received.

Can I cancel the order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

My item arrived damaged?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Return & Refund...

Can I return my order?

To be eligible for a return: a. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. b. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How long is the return policy?

At BoneKlean™, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

How to initiate a return?

To start a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer care team at customercare@BoneKlean.com to request a return. b. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
